Join us for these upcoming events as we prepare for the new school year!
Registration & Fees Days – Monday, August 14th & Tuesday, August 15th: These are days when parents can come at their convenience to the school office between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM to do the following:
- Fill out any paperwork the school office needs.
- Turn in any medical paperwork needed (ie physicals, dental records, eye exams, IEPs, etc).
- Pay any late fees or balances due.
- Pick up Sycamore registration materials.
- Get a head start on paying for hot lunches or extended care.
- Get name cards for the carline.
- Have any questions answered you have for the school office staff.
- Pay annual or semi-annual tuition payments (if you have chosen to pay that way).
- Browse the Tiger League “Uniform Exchange” and take home some free, gently used uniform items.
- If you can not stop by these two days but would still like to do some of the above items listed, please call the school office to coordinate another time. Thanks so much!
Back to School Night – Wednesday, August 16th
This evening will be an opportunity for you and your student(s) to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and hear a little bit about the upcoming school year. Parents will also receive a copy of the parent/student/athletic handbook. Every group will start in the Parish Center at their scheduled time for a welcome and some whole group announcements and then head to their children’s classrooms for the remainder of the time. Families will also have an opportunity to browse the Tiger League “Uniform Exchange” and take home some free, gently used uniform items. We are all looking forward to it!
- 5:15 – 6:00 PM: Early Childhood (Two-Year-Old Town, Preschool, Pre-Kdg, & Kindergarten)
- 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM: Primary Grades (1st Grade – 4th Grade)
- 6:45 – 7:30 PM: Middle Grades (5th – 8th Grade)
- 7:30 – 8:15 PM: Athletics Meeting for Parents & Athletes in the Parish Hall

Blessing of the Backpacks
Sunday, August 20th – Join us during the Sunday school hour (9:30 – 10:15 am) in the Parish Hall on the School Campus as we pray together for all students beginning a new school year. All students (from our littlest two-year-town classmates to those students heading off to college) are encouraged to bring their backpacks with them to Sunday school for a special blessing!

Sunday, August 20th – Join us for our Teacher Commissioning Service during the 10:30am worship service at the downtown Church Campus.
